The Beginning of My Monster Hunter Journey
It wasn’t until around the end of high school when some of my friends introduced me to Monster Hunter Freedom 2. When I first started playing I HATED this game and found it was way too difficult so I did what any child does and tried to give up. That didn’t work since my friends would keep inviting me over to play so I did the next best thing… cheat. This was the first time I experienced what it was like to mess around with the monster hunter code and after having armor I didn’t earn and weapons I didn’t know how to use, I deleted that save file so I could play the game normally. That game was such a rollercoaster full of ups and downs and I didn’t know what I was doing. Despite this, stumbling through the game with my friends in person and online using Xlink Kai was worth it.
