The new Hi Ninja sword has 100% affinity and this is a build that you’ll want to use. Like always this is build is one that anyone can use you just need a talisman with 1 2 slot. Since we already have all the crit we need here is the skill priority.

Skill Theory

Having handicraft 2 will bring you up to blue sharpness, Razor Sharp and master’s touch will help keep you from needing to sharpen as often. If you have a better talisman with 2 2 slots or a level or razor sharp and a 2 slot you can go for 3 level’s of handicraft.

Having attack boost over 4 is  great since you get that extra percentage increase but the more you can fit on this build the higher your DPS will be. I would personally prefer to get an extra couple of level of attack boost before increasing razor sharp.
